When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, plus the items you ordered. When you send a message or join the newsletter we collect what you enter in the form.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase). Order and message emails are sent through Resend. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Prices and orders are processed on our servers, and access to customer data is limited to Emperor Apnea staff. Your browser keeps your bag on your own device until you check out.

You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or to unsubscribe you from the newsletter, by contacting us through the Contact page.
