Terms of Sale

Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and are confirmed on the checkout page. Placing an order doesn't charge you anything: we contact you afterwards to confirm the order.

Nothing is paid on the website. When we contact you to confirm your order, we agree how you'll pay. For custom orders, we may ask for a partial payment upfront before production starts.

At checkout you choose delivery to your address or pickup. For delivery, we confirm the details and any delivery cost with you before your order is sent. For pickup, we arrange a time with you.

Our fins are handmade. Items that are not in stock, and all custom colours, are made to order. The expected lead time is shown on the product page and in your confirmation.
